1 Acceptance and Amendment of Service Agreement

  2 Definitions

• 2.1 Paid Membership: refers to the network value-added service provided by RandomLife App for you, and you can enjoy certain special or advanced privileges according to this agreement after becoming a paid member, and the specific contents of the service shall be subject to what RandomLife App provides. The ownership and operation of the paid membership, as well as the development of the paid membership system and activities shall belong to RandomLife App, and RandomLife App shall have the right of interpretation within the scope of the law.
• 2.2 “User” or “You”: means the individual or single entity who enjoys the paid membership services provided by RandomLife App.

  3 Procedure for Becoming a Paid Member

• 3.1 If you wish to use the paid membership service, you must first download and open the “Setting” screen of the RandomLife App and apply for the paid membership service.
• 3.2 You can activate the paid membership service by completing the payment through the payment method approved by RandomLife App in the setting screen. You should check the specific information of the service type and length carefully when you activate the service. If the loss is caused by your personal reasons, RandomLife App will not refund the charged fees.

  4 Provisions on Paid Membership

• 4.1 The use of the paid membership service is limited to the user’s personal Apple account and cannot be used for other Apple accounts.
• 4.2 If you voluntarily cancel or terminate the paid membership during the validity period of the opened paid membership, you will not receive a refund of the paid membership fee.
• 4.3 After the cancellation/termination of the paid membership, you will no longer enjoy the paid membership services.

  5 Charges and Unsubscription

• 5.1 How to Charge The RandomLife App membership service is a paid service, and you can complete the payment of membership fees through the payment methods actually supported by the RandomLife App, such as bank card payment, third party payment, etc. Please note that if you use your Apple account or the communication account tied to your membership account to make payment, this payment method is a payment method for collection on behalf of the charging operator, and there may be certain business risks for you to pay through this payment method (such as unscrupulous elements using your account or valuable cards such as bank cards to carry out illegal activities), such risks may cause you corresponding financial losses, and you shall bear You are responsible for all losses.
• 5.2 Refund of Fees The membership service is an online product and a virtual product, and the membership fee is the price of the online product corresponding to the membership service you have purchased, not an advance payment or deposit, deposit, savings card, etc. Membership service is non-refundable once it is opened. • 5.3 Change of rates and methods The fees and charges for membership services (including auto-renewal) are determined independently by RandomLife App based on the actual operating costs and operational strategies (adjustments include but are not limited to promotions, price increases, etc.), and will be displayed to you on the relevant product and service promotion and payment pages; if the relevant fees and charges change when you purchase and renew the service, the fees and charges will be based on the actual fees and charges supported by RandomLife App. RandomLife App’ shall prevail over the actual supported charging method; if the price of the relevant service has been adjusted, the price currently in effect as published on the `RandomLife App’ shall prevail.
• 5.4 Automatic Renewal Automatic renewal service refers to the service that is introduced due to the demand of members for automatic renewal of membership services, in order to prevent members from failing to renew their membership in time due to negligence or other reasons. If members choose to activate the auto-renewal service, they authorize RandomLife App to entrust the payment channels (including third-party payment channels) to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle 24 hours before and after the expiration of the auto-renewal period, and the actual deduction time shall prevail if the operator or payment channels decide the deduction cycle according to the actual situation. This service is only possible if you have opened the auto-renewal and bound the relevant account, and the full amount can be successfully deducted from the above account.

• 5.4.2 Automatic debit rules.

 -(1) If you choose to renew automatically, you agree that the payment channel can deduct the membership service fee for the next billing cycle from your bound account without verifying the member's account password, payment password, SMS verification code and other information.
 -(2) Unless the member or `RandomLife App` actively and explicitly cancels the auto-renewal, the auto-deduction is valid for a long period of time without any limitation on the number of times.
 -(3) If you do not actively and explicitly cancel the auto-renewal, you agree that `RandomLife App` may make debit attempts from time to time (even if the amount in your account is insufficient) after the expiration of the membership service period in accordance with the debit rules of the payment channel.
 -(4) Once the deduction is successful, `RandomLife App` will activate the membership service for you for the current billing period.

• 5.4.3 Cancellation methods.

  6 Rules for Paid Member Use

• 6.1 You acknowledge that you are a natural person, legal person or other organization with full civil rights capacity and full civil conduct capacity, and are capable of taking independent responsibility for all your acts of using the paid membership service. If you do not have the aforementioned qualifications, RandomLife App shall have the right to recover from your guardian or other responsible parties if you are held liable according to the legal provisions or the agreement of this Agreement. If you are a natural person, you shall provide RandomLife App with your real name, address, email address, contact number and other information; if you are a legal person or other organization, you shall provide your name, address, contact person and other information.
• 6.2 You shall keep the relevant account and password in a safe place and be responsible for all activities and actions performed by the account, and are prohibited from giving, borrowing, renting, transferring or selling the account. You are solely responsible for the safekeeping, use and maintenance of your account, account information and account password obtained through the RandomLife App application. RandomLife App shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the disclosure of your account password or the improper storage, use or maintenance of your account, if not caused by RandomLife App.
• 6.3 If you do any of the following, RandomLife App has the full right to terminate the provision of the Paid Membership Service without notice to you and to restrict, freeze or terminate the use of the account associated with the Service. RandomLife App is not required to give any compensation or refund, and the responsibility arising therefrom shall be borne by you independently. You are responsible for full compensation for any damage caused to RandomLife App or third parties as a result.

• 6.4 In the event of any of the following circumstances, RandomLife App has the right to interrupt or terminate one or more or all of the services provided to you without notice to you, and the resulting losses shall be borne by you, without any compensation or refund from RandomLife App Technology. If this causes damage to RandomLife App or a third party, you shall be responsible for full compensation for.

 - (1) if the personal information you provided is untrue or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration and you fail to provide reasonable proof.
 - (2) Your illegal or infringing behavior is confirmed by the effective legal documents of national administrative or judicial organs, or `RandomLife App`, based on its own judgment, believes that your behavior is suspected of violating the content of this Agreement or the content of the usage rules and other rules published by `RandomLife App` from time to time, or is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations.
 - (3) Your conduct interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the `RandomLife App`.
 - (4) You use the `RandomLife App` without the permission of the `RandomLife App` to perform acts that have not been agreed to by the `RandomLife App`, including but not limited to commercialization of information obtained through the `RandomLife App`, such as attaching advertisements, commercial content or links, etc.
 - (5) Your personal information, published content, etc. violates the provisions of national laws and regulations, is contrary to social morality and ethics, public order and morality, infringes on the legal rights of others, has strong political overtones, causes any controversy, or violates this Agreement or the requirements of the `RandomLife App`.
 - (6) You use the `RandomLife App` for any illegal acts.

7 Disclaimer of Liability

• 7.1 If you exercise your rights under this Agreement and purchase/accept goods or services provided by a third party merchant other than RandomLife App, and if a dispute arises as a result, you shall assert your rights against the third party merchant who sold/provided such goods or services, independent of RandomLife App.
• 7.2 You are solely responsible for all actions performed by yourself and your invited guests while participating in the activities organized by RandomLife App or using the offers and value-added services provided by RandomLife App.
• 7.3 RandomLife App shall not be liable for your losses caused by the acts or omissions of third parties, losses caused by force majeure, including but not limited to payment services, network access services, communication line failures of telecommunication authorities, technical problems in communication, network, computer failures, system instability, infringement by any third party, etc.
• 7.4 You understand and agree that in the process of using the paid membership service, you may encounter force majeure and other risk factors that may cause interruption of such service.   8 Other Agreements

• 8.1 Service Suspension, Interruption and Termination: RandomLife App may choose to suspend, interrupt and terminate the paid membership service based on its own business decisions, governmental actions, force majeure, etc. In such cases, RandomLife App may choose to suspend, interrupt and terminate the paid membership service. • 8.2 Legal and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China and excludes the application of all conflict of laws provisions.
